302 East Ocean Front Management, Inc makes applying for your new home simple and hassle free. Follow the steps below to secure your new home. 

Application Process

1. Find the perfect home. Use our Available Homes link to find the home you have been searching for. 

2. Once you have found the home of your dreams, use the Apply Now link to start the application process. 

3. Start the application process. Be sure to add all co-applicants, occupants, co-signers, as well as documents. 

4. Once all information has been added, pay the application fee right online. Applications are $35 per adult. 

5. Keep an eye on your email and phone for an agent to reach out. Agents will review applications and reach out should there be any additional information needed. 

6. Welcome Home! Once your application is approved, you will have 24 hours to place a deposit on your new home.
