We would like to wish your pet a warm welcome to our rental family! Please take the time to review the following instructions for Pet Approval. This will ensure your pet is onboarded smoothly. 
Pet Approval Is Easy, In Four Steps: 
1. As early as possible, please notify your Leasing Agent that you have a pet.
2. Provide a photograph of your pet to your Leasing Agent. 
3. Sign a Pet Addendum for each pet (included in Lease). 
4. Pay a one-time non-refundable Pet Deposit of $300 per pet, due at key release.
* We allow up to three (3) pets per property. 
** Please Note: We require all dog(s) be covered under tenant renters insurance. 
Breed Restrictions 
Although we love animals, for liability reasons we are unable to accept the following breeds: Doberman, Chow, Rottweiler, Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier (Pit Bull), attack dog or Wolf Hybrid or any mix thereof; Ostrich, Emu, Horse, Farm or Ranch animal, or any type of wild or exotic animal. If a restricted breed is found at your property, you will be asked to rehome it or discontinue your lease. 
Undisclosed Pets 
For liability reasons, if undisclosed pets are found at your property, you will be asked to rehome them or discontinue your lease. 
Service Animals 
In accordance with Michigan and federal law, we allow service animals without restriction and will waive your pet fee. If your pet is a service animal, please provide a copy of certification prior to signing your lease.
