Income
Applicants are required to show proof of income. Applicants must make a combined gross amount of three times the monthly rent.

NOTE: Bank statements will not be accepted as proof of income.
Credit Check
A credit check will be done on all applicants to verify credit history and score.

* Missed / Late Payments
* High Debt
* Delinquencies
* Prior Landlord Evictions / Judgements
Criminal History
All applicants will have a background check completed. All criminal history will be evaluated in the decision process.
Rental History
All applicants will need to provide rental history information. A rental verification from your previous landlord will be required. Home owners will need to show proof of mortgage payments.
